If a client has registered and paid both the registration fee and the monthly fee, but never attended classes within the next 30 days, a refund will be issued on the monthly premium.
This refund will only be applicable if the client has not participated in any classes during this period. The refund will be for the monthly fee only and will be processed after the 30-day period has passed.
